Product Overview

A UPS monitoring card, the CyberPower RWCCARD100 wireless card connects to a wireless access point to monitor the operation of select CyberPower UPS that are setup with PowerPanel® Cloud system. A secure web portal or mobile application is used to remotely monitor a UPS and provide notifications on power events.

The RWCCARD100 is a hot swappable plug-and-play design, allowing fast installation, or replacement without interupting the operation of the UPS. A wireless connection is used to connect the card to a network and PowerPanel Cloud. The card supports user-upgradedable firmware to keep functionality up to date. The RWCCARD100 comes with a three-year warranty.

When adding a RWCCARD100 to my PowerPanel Cloud account, do I need to have WiFi enabled on my smart phone?

Yes.  Smart phone WiFi will need to be turned on connect to the RWCCARD100 during setup.

When adding the RWCCARD100 to my PowerPanel Cloud account, do I need to turn on the “Location” function of my smart phone for this app?

Yes, the PowerPanel Cloud app requires the location function to be turned on.

When I add a new UPS system/cloud card to the PowerPanel Cloud app, is there a delay before it recognized in my account?

Yes, there will be a slight delay.  It typically takes a few minutes before you see it, but can occasionally take longer.

Do I need a router password to add a new cloud card to the PowerPanel Cloud app?

Yes. If you have encryption security enabled on your router, you will be prompted to enter it during the setup of the cloud card.

Is the RWCCARD100 hot swappable?

Yes.  You do not need to power down your UPS system to add it or to change it.

Which CyberPower UPS systems are compatible with the RWCCARD100?

The RWCCARD100 is compatible with all CyberPower UPS systems that have an optional card slot (including Smart App Online, Smart App Sinewave, Smart App LCD, and CP1500PFCLCD models).
