No, it’s designed for 125V.

Yes. There is an on/off switch that can be used turn the light off.
Does the color have to constantly change? Can the color (hue) lighting on the unit be turned off? | Surge
Yes. There is a switch that can be used to select the color of your choice by pressing the button once when the color comes up. You can turn the light off by pressing the button twice.
How does the night light work? | Surge
There is a photosensor that will turn on the night light once the room reaches a certain level of darkness. It will turn off once the light in the room comes back.
